All rented apartments provide the same services

• All beds are prepared and towels are available upon your arrival.
• Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price.
• For long-term stay, the cleaning is done once a week, at your convenience.
• Possibility to book taxis to get to the station or the airport.
• A welcoming tray with a kougelhopf, half a bottle of wine, coffee, tea and herbal tea will be at your disposal in the rented guest apartment.
• Fresh bread and pastries available from 6.30.
• Press office provided (separately invoiced).
• Basket in the bathroom including: shampoo, shower gel, a shower cap, a dental kit, a shaving kit and a bar of soap.
• Childbed provided free of charge for children under 2 years.
• Languages spoken: German, English, Italian.
• At your disposal in the apartments: washing-up/dish-washing liquid, sponge, tea towel, Swiffer broom, brush, washing-up bowl.
• Facilities: oven, cooking plate, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker (coffee pod at your disposal), tray and tea set, dishwasher, hood, living room with contemporary stove, Wireless speakers for iPhone, flat screen TV, wireless connection ADSL Hotspot Orange for free, a very comfortable bathroom, hairdryer, hot water thermostat, car park, laundry, terrace, mosquito net in all rooms, air conditioning in the duplex.
